Welcome to the online public consultation for the proposed residential development of Land off Cofton Lake Road, Cofton Hackett, by St Philips.

St Philips is proposing to develop up to 50 homes on Land off Cofton Lake Road, which will include an extension of Cofton Lake Road for vehicular access and other associated infrastructure, as well as public open space and landscaping.

The aim of this consultation is to provide you with information regarding the development proposals and to allow you the opportunity to provide your comments on the scheme.
